Mild Steel Tubes
 

The Bansal Group has been a manufacturer of MS and GI pipes for over 25 years. With this vast experience comes unmatched expertise which ensure that every pipe that rolls out of a Bansal plant is of the highest quality. The group currently manufactures tubes in the range of ½” to 6” under the Bureau of Indian Standard’s IS norms. The Group has a installed capacity of producing 100,000 tonnes of tubes each year. This capacity is planned to be doubled within the next 2 years.

The Bansal Group manufactures MS tubes conforming to the following Standards:

The company maintains stocks of regularly used sizes of pipes to fulfill any immediate requirements from its clients.

Forthcoming projects

Galvanized pipes by December 2005 - The Bansal group aims to deliver a range of quality products for its customers. Keeping this in mind, the group has invested in a galvanizing plant which is expected to be operational within December 2005. With this plant the group will be able to manufacture 25mm – 200mm of galvanized tubes.

IS 9295 – The tubes division is currently pursuing the manufacturing of tubes conforming to the standards of IS 9295 to serve the market sector of idlers and conveyors. It is expected that the division will achieve the IS 9295 shortly.

Square pipes – The tubes division is in the processes of developing the tools for manufacturing square pipes. Details of this will be available shortly.
